At My Ride Bike Experts & Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it directly to a local My Ride retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our bike experts inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
